2. There was in Egypt a baker,
Whoever passed by, he would spurn with rejection,

ูŠูŽู‚ุฐูู‡ ุจูุงู„ุฑูุถ ู…ูŽู† ูŠูŽุฌุชุงุฒ

3. And every morning he would open,
His shop at the bridge when dawn emerges,

ุฏููƒุงู†ูŽู‡ู ุจูุงู„ุฌุณุฑ ุญูŠู†ูŽ ูŠูุตุจูุญ

4. Then he would stand and give a sermon,
And praise the ruler, then prolong,

ูˆูŽูŠูŽู…ุฏูŽุญ ุงู„ุญุงูƒู… ุซูู… ูŠุทู†ุจ

5. And curse al-Qadir openly,
Not concealing his sin,

ูฅ. ูˆูŽูŠูŽู„ุนู† ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ ู„ูŽุนู†ุงู‹ ุธุงู‡ูุฑุง
ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽูƒูู† ุจูุฐูŽู†ุจูู‡ู ู…ูุณุงุชูุฑุง

6. For twenty years, and when Baghdad was mentioned,
His heart almost ruptured,

ูฆ. ุนูุดุฑูŠู† ุนุงู…ุงู‹ ูˆูŽุฅูุฐุง ู…ุง ุฐูŽูƒูŽุฑูˆุง
ุจูŽุบุฏุงุฏ ูƒุงุฏูŽ ู‚ูŽู„ุจู‡ู ูŠูŽู†ููŽุทุฑ

7. For his hatred of it and who built it,
And everyone wished they could see it,

ูง. ู„ูุจุบุถู‡ุง ูˆูŽุจูุบุถ ู…ูŽู† ุจูŽู†ุงู‡ุง
ูˆูŽูˆุฏ ูƒูู„ ุงู„ู†ุงุณ ู„ูŽูˆ ูŠูŽุฑุงู‡ุง

8. And in Baghdad there was a prudent baker,
But he was known there for his devotion,

ูจ. ูˆูŽูƒุงู†ูŽ ููŠ ุจูŽุบุฏุงุฏ ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ ุฏุจุฑ
ู„ูŽูƒู†ู‡ ุจุงู„ู†ุณูƒ ููŠู‡ุง ู…ูุดุชู‡ุฑ

9. So al-Qadir ordered when he brought him,
And said this is an ingenious scheme,

ูฉ. ููŽุฃูŽู…ุฑ ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ ุญูŠู†ูŽ ุฃูŽุญุถูŽุฑู‡
ูˆู‚ุงู„ูŽ ู‡ูŽุฐูŠ ุจุฏุฑุฉ ู…ุจุฏุฑู‡

10. Go to Egypt and leave behind the illnesses,
And set upon the baker the snares of tricks,

ูกู . ููŽุงูุฐู‡ูŽุจ ุฅูู„ู‰ ู…ุตุฑ ูˆูŽุฏูŽุน ุนูŽู†ูƒูŽ ุงู„ุนู„ู„
ูˆูŽุงู†ุตุจ ุนูŽู„ู‰ ุงู„ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ ุงุดุฑุงูƒ ุงู„ุญููŠูŽู„

11. Perhaps you can make him long for Iraq,
For he has caused me great torment and schism,

ูกูก. ุนูŽุณุงูƒูŽ ุฃูŽู† ุชู‚ุฏู…ู‡ ุงู„ุนุฑุงู‚ุง
ููŽุฅู†ู‘ูŽู‡ู ู‚ูŽุฏ ุดูŽู‚ู†ูŠ ุดู‚ุงู‚ุง

12. So that elder set out seeking Egypt,
Until he reached its strait and bridge,

ูกูข. ููŽู…ุฑ ุฐุงูƒูŽ ุงู„ุดู‘ูŽูŠุฎ ูŠูŽุจุบูŠ ู…ุตุฑุง
ุญูŽุชู‘ูŽู‰ ุฃูŽุชู‰ ุฌูŠุฒุชู‡ุง ูˆูŽุงู„ุฌุณุฑุง

13. And the baker awoke, then handed,
A dinar to him and made a cunning effort,

ูกูฃ. ูˆูŽุตุจุญ ุงู„ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ ุซูู… ุฏูŽููŽุนุง
ุฅูู„ูŽูŠู‡ู ุฏููŠู†ุงุฑุงู‹ ูˆูŽูƒูŽูŠุฏุงู‹ ุตู†ุนุง

14. The baker noticed insulting al-Qadir,
So he flared up in rage like an enraged lion,

ูกูค. ูู„ู…ุญ ุงู„ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ ุถูŽุฑุจ ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ
ููŽุซุงุฑูŽ ู„ู„ุบูŠุธ ูƒูŽู„ูŠุซ ุฎุงุฏูุฑ

15. And struck the elder until he wounded him,
And cursed al-Qadir, then damned him,

ูกูฅ. ูˆูŽุถูŽุฑุจ ุงู„ุดูŠุฎ ุฅูู„ู‰ ุฃูŽู† ุฃุซุฎู†ู‡
ูˆูŽุดูŽุชูŽู…ูŽ ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ ุซูู… ู„ูŽุนู†ู‡

16. And flung the dinar from his hands,
Flying away when he saw his name on it,

ูกูฆ. ูˆูŽู‚ุฐููŽ ุงู„ุฏูŠู†ุงุฑูŽ ุนูŽู† ูŠูŽุฏูŠู‡
ุชุทูŠุฑุงู‹ ุฅุฐ ุงุณู…ู‡ ุนู„ูŠู‡

17. So the elder sat weeping nearby,
With the beating in his ribs and jaw,

ูกูง. ููŽุฌูŽู„ูŽุณูŽ ุงู„ุดู‘ูŽูŠุฎ ู‚ูŽุฑูŠุจุงู‹ ูŠูŽุจูƒูŠ
ูˆูŽุงู„ุถุฑุจ ููŠ ุฃูŽุถู„ุงุนูู‡ู ูˆูŽุงู„ููŽูƒ

18. And said words while dejected,
The evil of dispositions is the hatred of a stranger,

ูกูจ. ูˆูŽู‚ุงู„ูŽ ู‚ูŽูˆู„ ูˆูŽุงู„ู‡ ูƒูŽุฆูŠุจ
ุดุฑ ุงู„ุฎู„ุงู„ ุจุบุถุฉ ุงู„ุบุฑูŠุจ

19. A wretched stranger poor Kufan,
A monotheist, a Shiite in creed,

ูกูฉ. ุดูŽูŠุฎ ุบูŽุฑูŠุจ ุจุงุฆุณ ูƒูˆููŠ
ู…ูˆุญุฏ ู…ุนุชู‚ุฏ ุดูŠุนูŠ

20. You have beaten him, it is wondrous,
That the likes of you make such a misstep in religion,

ูขู . ุถูŽุฑูŽุจุชู…ูˆู‡ ุฅูู†ู‘ูŽู‡ุง ุนูŽุฌูŠุจู‡
ู…ูู† ู…ุซู„ูƒู… ููŠ ุงู„ุฏูŠู† ู…ูู† ู…ูุตูŠุจู‡

21. I came to you for the religion from my lands,
Loathing the company of enemies,

ูขูก. ู‚ูŽุตูŽุฏุชูƒู… ู„ู„ุฏูŠู† ู…ูู† ุจูู„ุงุฏูŠ
ุชูŽุจูŽุฑู…ุงู‹ ุจูุตูุญุจุฉ ุงู„ุฃูŽุนุงุฏูŠ

22. So when the baker heard this, he wept,
And came hastily toward him in devotion,

ูขูข. ููŽุณูŽู…ุน ุงู„ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ ุฐุงูƒูŽ ููŽุจูŽูƒู‰
ูˆูŽุฌุงุกูŽ ูŠูŽุณุนู‰ ู†ูŽุญูˆูŽู‡ู ุชูŽู†ุณูƒุง

23. Apologizing for what happened,
Kissing his feet for his sin,

ูขูฃ. ู…ูุนุชูŽุฐูุฑุงู‹ ู…ูู…ุง ุฌูŽุฑู‰ ุนูŽู„ูŽูŠู‡
ู…ูู‚ุจู„ุงู‹ ู„ูุฐูŽู†ุจูู‡ู ุฑุฌู„ูŠู‡

24. Saying, I thought you were from Baghdad,
And did not think you a faithful Kufan,

ูขูค. ูŠูŽู‚ูˆู„ ุฎู„ุช ุงู„ุดูŠุฎ ุจูŽุบุฏุงุฏูŠุง
ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ุฃูŽุฎู„ู‡ ู…ูุคู…ูู†ุงู‹ ูƒูˆููŠุง

25. And I hated that damned name,
So what I did was for the religion,

ูขูฅ. ูˆูŽุณุงุกูŽู†ูŠ ุงุณู… ุฐูŽู„ููƒูŽ ุงู„ู„ุนูŠู†
ููŽูƒุงู†ูŽ ู…ุง ูุนู„ุชู‡ ู„ู„ุฏูŠู†

26. And he sought absolution for what he did,
And repented his harshness, so he pardoned him,

ูขูฆ. ููŽุทูŽู„ูŽุจ ุงู„ุชุญู„ูŠู„ ู…ูู…ุง ููŽุนูŽู„ูŽู‡
ูˆูŽุชุงุจูŽ ู…ูู† ู‚ูŽุณูˆุชู‡ ููŽุญู„ู„ู‡

27. And said, I am like you, a baker,
And I deserve respect and honor,

ูขูง. ูˆูŽู‚ุงู„ูŽ ุฅูู†ูŠ ู…ุซู„ูƒูู… ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ
ูˆูŽุญูŽู‚ูŠ ุงู„ุฅูƒุฑุงู… ูˆูŽุงู„ุฅูุนุฒุงุฒ

28. So they reconciled and agreed, and became friends,
And cooperated, traded, and earned,

ูขูจ. ููŽุงูุตุทูŽู„ูŽุญุง ูˆูŽุงูุชููŽู‚ุง ูˆูŽุงูุตุทูŽุญุจุง
ูˆูŽุงูุดุชูŽุฑูŽูƒุง ูˆูŽุงุชุฌุฑุง ูˆูŽุงููƒุชูŽุณูŽุจุง

29. And the Egyptian married him his daughter,
And the elder schemed upon him his plot,

ูขูฉ. ูˆูŽุฒูŽูˆุฌ ุงู„ู…ุตุฑูŠ ู…ูู†ู‡ู ุงุจู†ุชู‡
ูˆูŽุฃุนู…ู„ ุงู„ุดูŠุฎ ุนูŽู„ูŽูŠู‡ู ุญูŠู„ุชู‡

30. And he kept on deceitfully displaying,
Excessive hypocrisy and pretense,

ูฃู . ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽุฒูŽู„ ูŠุฌู‡ูŽุฏ ููŠ ุงู„ุชุดู†ุน
ูˆูŽูƒูŽุซุฑูŽุฉ ุงู„ู†ููุงู‚ ูˆูŽุงู„ุชุตูŽู†ุน

31. Until when a year passed,
And Shaaban came, worry befell him,

ูฃูก. ุญูŽุชู‘ูŽู‰ ุฅูุฐุง ุญุงู„ูŽ ุนูŽู„ูŽูŠู‡ู ุงู„ุญูŽูˆู„
ูˆูŽุฌุงุกูŽ ุดูŽุนุจุงู† ุนุฑุงู‡ ุงู„ูˆูŽูŠู„

32. So he plunged into crying and wailing,
He said why do you weep my dear?

ูฃูข. ูˆูŽู„ูŽุฌู‘ูŽ ููŠ ุงู„ุจููƒุงุก ูˆูŽุงู„ู†ุญูŠุจ
ููŽู‚ุงู„ูŽ ู…ุง ูŠุจูƒูŠูƒูŽ ูŠุง ุญูŽุจูŠุจูŠ

33. He said to him, my longing for visiting,
And serving the chosen shrines,

ูฃูฃ. ู‚ุงู„ูŽ ู„ูŽู‡ู ุดูŽูˆู‚ูŠ ุฅูู„ู‰ ุงู„ุฒูŠุงุฑู‡
ูˆูŽุฎุฏู…ุฉ ุงู„ู…ูŽุดุงู‡ุฏ ุงู„ู…ูุฎุชุงุฑู‡

34. And the descending blessings in them,
And he kept enticing them persistently,

ูฃูค. ูˆูŽุงู„ุจูŽุฑูŽูƒุงุช ู†ุงุฒูู„ุงุช ููŠู‡ุง
ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽุฒูŽู„ ุจูุฌูู‡ุฏู‡ ูŠุทุฑูŠู‡ุง

35. Mentioning the corrupt and right,
Of their virtues, and excessively praising,

ูฃูฅ. ูˆูŽูŠูˆุฑูุฏ ุงู„ูุงุณุฏูŽ ูˆูŽุงู„ุตุญูŠุญุง
ู…ูู† ููŽุถู„ูู‡ุง ูˆูŽูŠููƒุซุฑ ุงู„ู…ูŽุฏูŠุญุง

36. Until the Egyptian desired to visit them,
And said I intend to be present at them,

ูฃูฆ. ุญูŽุชู‘ูŽู‰ ุงูุดุชูŽู‡ู‰ ุงู„ู…ุตุฑูŠ ุฃูŽู† ูŠูŽุฒูˆุฑูŽู‡ุง
ูˆูŽู‚ุงู„ูŽ ุฅูู†ูŠ ู…ุฒู…ูุนูŒ ุญูุถูˆุฑูŽู‡ุง

37. But I fear the might of al-Qadir,
For I know his hatred of the intoxicated,

ูฃูง. ู„ูŽูƒูู†ู‘ูŽู†ูŠ ุฃูŽุฎุงู ุจูŽุทุด ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ
ููŽู‚ูŽุฏ ุนูŽุฑูŽูุช ุจูŽุบุถู‡ ุงู„ู…ุฎุงู…ุฑูŠ

38. And I insult him openly,
So I deserve to be cautious,

ูฃูจ. ูˆูŽุฅูู†ู‘ูŽู†ูŠ ุฃุณุจู‡ ู…ูุฌุงู‡ูุฑุง
ููŽุญูŽู‚ ู„ูŠ ุฃูŽู† ุฃุบุชุฏู‰ ู…ุญุงุฐูุฑุง

39. The elder said, what does he know,
Of our condition, and who informs him?

ูฃูฉ. ู‚ุงู„ูŽ ู„ู‡ู ุงู„ุดูŠุฎู ูˆู…ุง ูŠุฏุฑูŠู‡
ุจุญุงู„ู†ุง ูˆู…ู† ุจู‡ ูŠุฃุชูŠู‡

40. Many like us visit each year,
From the Hejaz and Syria,

ูคู . ูƒูŽู… ู…ุซู„ู†ุง ูŠูŽุฒูˆุฑ ูƒูู„ ุนุงู…
ู…ูู† ุฌู‡ุฉ ุงู„ุญูุฌุงุฒ ูˆูŽุงู„ุดุขู…

41. And he is oblivious to that, not knowing,
Because of his ignorance, drunk,

ูคูก. ูˆูŽุฐุงูƒูŽ ุนูŽู†ู‡ู ุบุงูู„ ู„ุง ูŠูŽุฏุฑูŠ
ู„ุฃูŽู†ู‘ูŽู‡ู ู…ูู† ุฌูŽู‡ู„ูู‡ู ููŠ ุณููƒุฑ

42. So he kept enticing him with his words,
And dragging him to his bath,

ูคูข. ููŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽุฒูŽู„ ุจูู‚ูŽูˆู„ูู‡ู ูŠุบุฑู‡
ูˆูŽู‡ูˆูŽ ุฅูู„ู‰ ุญู…ุงู…ู‡ ูŠูŽุฌุฑู‡

43. Until when he arrived in Iraq,
And parted from his companions and friends,

ูคูฃ. ุญูŽุชู‘ูŽู‰ ุฅูุฐุง ู…ุง ู‚ูŽุฏู… ุงู„ุนูุฑุงู‚ุง
ูˆูŽูุงุฑู‚ ุงู„ุฃูŽุตุญุงุจูŽ ูˆูŽุงู„ุฑูุงู‚ุง

44. He wrote to al-Qadir the truth,
So his horses took his route,

ูคูค. ููŽูƒุงุชุจ ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ ุจูุงู„ุญูŽู‚ูŠู‚ู‡
ููŽุฃุฎูŽุฐูŽุช ุฎูŠูˆู„ูŽู‡ู ุทูŽุฑูŠู‚ู‡

45. And brought him while shackled,
For the evil of his schism and defiance,

ูคูฅ. ูˆูŽุฃุญุถูŽุฑูˆู‡ ูˆูŽู‡ูˆูŽ ููŠ ูˆูŽุซุงู‚ู‡
ู„ูุณูˆุก ู…ุง ู‚ูŽุฏู… ู…ูู† ุดูŽู‚ุงู‚ู‡

46. Until when al-Qadir was done with him,
He revealed to him the guile of the deceitful,

ูคูฆ. ุญูŽุชู‘ูŽู‰ ุฅูุฐุง ู…ุง ุตุงุฑูŽ ุนูŽู†ู‡ู ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ
ุฃูŽุจุฏู‰ ู„ูŽู‡ู ุจุดุฑ ุงู„ุฎุฏูˆุน ุงู„ู…ุงูƒุฑ

47. And said, โ€œRelease his shackles and bonds,
And deny the deed about him,โ€ so he was released,

ูคูง. ูˆูŽู‚ุงู„ูŽ ุญู„ูˆุง ู‚ูŽูŠุฏู‡ ูˆูŽุงู„ุบู„ุง
ูˆูŽุฃู†ูƒุฑ ุงู„ูุนู„ ุจูู‡ู ูุญู„ุง

48. And he did not cease to visit him in his room,
Witnessing and finding him in his care,

ูคูจ. ูˆูŽุจุฑู‘ูŽู‡ู ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽุฒูŽู„ ููŠ ุญูุฌุฑูŽุชูู‡
ู…ุดุงู‡ูุฏุงู‹ ูˆูŽุฌุฏ ููŠ ุนูŠุงุฏุชู‡

49. Then he gifted him one night a thousand,
And increased in honoring him and kindness,

ูคูฉ. ุซูู… ุญูŽุจุงู‡ ู„ูŽูŠู„ุฉ ุจูุฃูŽู„ู
ูˆูŽุฒุงุฏูŽ ููŠ ุฅููƒุฑุงู…ูู‡ ูˆูŽุงู„ู„ุทู

50. And said, โ€œDo not insult who you do not know,
You do not do him justice in defaming him,โ€

ูฅู . ูˆูŽู‚ุงู„ูŽ ู„ุง ุชูŽุณุจ ู…ูŽู† ู„ุง ุชูŽุนุฑูู‡
ุฅูู†ูŽูƒูŽ ููŠ ุงูุบุชููŠุงุจูู‡ู ู„ุง ุชู†ุตูู‡

51. And he returned him from his time to the homeland,
And his hatred had become love and yearning,

ูฅูก. ูˆูŽุฑูŽุฏู‡ู ู…ูู† ูˆูŽู‚ุชูู‡ู ุฅูู„ู‰ ุงู„ูˆูŽุทูŽู†
ูˆูŽุจุบุถู‡ ู‚ูŽุฏ ุตุงุฑูŽ ุญูุจุงู‹ ูˆูŽุดุฌู†

52. Until when he opened his shop,
And saw his brethren and neighbors,

ูฅูข. ุญูŽุชู‘ูŽู‰ ุฅูุฐุง ู…ุง ููŽุชูŽุญูŽ ุงู„ุฏูƒุงู†ุง
ูˆูŽุดุงู‡ุฏ ุงู„ุฅูุฎูˆุงู†ูŽ ูˆูŽุงู„ุฌููŠุฑุงู†ุง

53. He stood as was his custom speaking,
And he was not right in his action,

ูฅูฃ. ู‚ุงู…ูŽ ุนูŽู„ู‰ ุนุงุฏูŽุชูู‡ู ุฎูŽุทูŠุจุงู‹
ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽูƒูู† ููŠ ูุนู„ูู‡ู ู…ูุตูŠุจุง

54. And praised al-Qadir - what praise!
Apologizing for his wounding and derision,

ูฅูค. ูˆูŽู…ูŽุฏุญ ุงู„ู‚ุงุฏุฑ ุฃูŽูŠ ู…ูŽุฏุญ
ู…ูุนุชูŽุฐูุฑุงู‹ ู…ูู† ุฌุฑุญูู‡ู ูˆูŽุงู„ู‚ูŽุฏุญ

55. And he did not cease to pray for him and thank him,
And mention him well in his prayers,

ูฅูฅ. ูˆูŽู„ูŽู… ูŠูŽุฒูŽู„ ูŠูŽุฏุนูˆ ู„ูŽู‡ู ูˆูŽูŠูŽุดูƒูุฑู‡
ูˆูŽุจูุงู„ุฌูŽู…ูŠู„ ููŠ ุงู„ุฏุนุงุก ูŠูŽุฐูƒุฑู‡

56. Until this reached the ruler about him,
So he disliked what had come to him from him,

ูฅูฆ. ููŽุจูŽู„ูŽุบูŽ ุงู„ุญุงูƒู… ุฐุงูƒูŽ ุนูŽู†ู‡ู
ููŽุณุงุกู‡ู ู…ุง ู‚ูŽุฏ ุฃูŽุชุงู‡ ู…ูู†ู‡

57. And he was enraged by what they told him and was angry,
And the baker awoke while crucified,

ูฅูง. ูˆูŽุงูุดุชุงุทูŽ ู…ูู…ุง ุฃูŽุจู„ูŽุบูˆู‡ ูˆูŽุบูŽุถุจ
ูˆูŽุฃูŽุตุจูŽุญูŽ ุงู„ุฎูŽุจุงุฒ ูˆูŽู‡ูˆูŽ ู‚ูŽุฏ ุตู„ุจ

58. With a paper hanging from his throat,
โ€œWe crucified him, so leave the masked pretender,

ูฅูจ. ูˆูŽุฑู‚ุนุฉ ููŠ ุญูŽู„ู‚ูู‡ู ู…ูุนูŽู„ู‚ูŽู‡
ู†ูŽุญู†ู ุตูŽู„ูŽุจู†ุงู‡ ููŽุฎู„ูˆุง ุงู„ู…ุฎุฑู‚ู‡

59. By the hand of whoever allies with him,
And that is of the good deeds,

ูฅูฉ. ุจููƒูŽู ู…ูŽู† ูƒุงู†ูŽ ู„ูŽู‡ู ูŠููˆุงู„ูŠ
ูˆูŽุฐุงูƒูŽ ู…ูู† ู…ูŽุญุงุณู† ุงู„ุฃูŽุนู…ุงู„

60. To not cover himself with his disgrace and shame,
Patience in adversities is best,

ูฆู . ู„ุง ูŠู„ุชุญู ุจูุฅุซู…ู‡ ูˆูŽุนุงุฑู‡
ุฎูŽูŠุฑ ุงู„ุฃูู…ูˆุฑ ุงู„ุตู‘ูŽุจุฑ ููŠ ุงู„ู…ูŽูƒุงุฑู‡

61. And leniency in planning and kindness,

102. And their stinginess, and wealth does not last,
And their greed, and living on sustenance,

113. And the animal - silent and speaking,
And superior in its creation and perishing,

114. And negligent - He neglected it, not tasking it,

For ability to be deficient, increasingly,

And my assumption in blaming people has failed,

128. But I wonder about his actions,
In supporting mankind though they are his enemies in nature,

129. And all of them intend him harm,
And some of them deny the existence of jinn,

ูˆูŽู‚ูŽุตู‘ูŽ ู„ู„ุทูŠูˆุฑ ู…ุง ุนุงู†ุงู‡

130. And some curse them generally,
And some criticize their morals,

ูˆูŽููŽุถู„ู‡ ุจุงุฏ ู„ูู…ูŽู† ุชูŽููŽูƒู‘ูŽุฑุง

131. And some take refuge from their wiles,
And some attribute every evil,

132. To them when scheming deceit,
And some blame them for sins and disgraces,

ู„ูŽูŠุณูŽ ุจูุฐูŠ ุฌูŽู‡ู„ ูˆูŽู„ุง ุณูุงู‡

133. Mankind do not deserve support from Him,
But rather deserve His hatred and estrangement.โ€

136. If you acted like an ignorant one's actions,
You would equal him in natureโ€™s measures.

137. Be superior to your peer - your superiority appears,
Do good to who wronged you - your nobility emerges,

Be superior over him, and gain from who deprived you.

140. Do a good deed - receive it and be rewarded for it,

141. Pardon the sinner and promise with your forbearance,
The ignorance in his hiddenness appears with your knowledge,

148. We are all people of Godโ€™s covenant,
He addressed us with orders and prohibitions,
