13. How many times did the solution elude people
How many times did a lie ruin dynasties

14. And you accept slander
If it agrees with your evil assumption

15. So weigh people's words
For the mind is like a balance

16. And do not be oblivious
To every word from a speaker

17. Whether it is from a critic or a praiser
That comes to you like an advisor

18. For no one speaks
Unless for a purpose they intend

19. Injustice in the judgment
Is among the greatest afflictions
