1. The blossoms of the stars have grown accustomed to my gaze
If I am absent from them, they ask after me
١. وَقَد أَلِفَت زُهرُ النُجومِ رِعايَتي
فَإِن غِبتُ عَنها فَهيَ عَنِّي تَسأَلُ
2. One rises to greet me with acquiescence
Another says farewell with heartfelt regret
٢. يُقابِلُ بِالتَسليمِ مِنهُنَّ طالِعٌ
وَيَومئُ بِالتَوديعِ مِنهُنَّ آفِلُ
