1. Cut ties with those who sever kinship
And console yourself in solitude
١. كُنْ قَاطِعاً مَن قَطَعَ القِدَّه
وَسَلّ عَنهُ النَّفْسَ بِالوَحْدَه
2. Do not rack your brain praising him
For he has no substance
٢. لا تَمْخَضَنْ فِكْرَكَ في مَدْحهِ
فَذاكَ مَن لا عِنْدَهُ زُبْدَه
