1. A noble man's trait is to guard the inviolable
So may Allah reward you, O generous soul

2. You have strengthened my resolve and protected my family's honor
With qualities as delicate as silk or a gentle breeze

3. You have sent to me with hands white as pearls
Dispelling the darkness of my wretched fortune

4. You have come to me unbidden, neither asking nor seeking
Such generosity, these are the traits of rain clouds
