١. قَالَتْ أَراكَ قَد انحني
تَ فقلتُ مِن غِيَرَ اللَّيالي
2. I used to be an arrow in the right hand,
Then I became an arrow in the left.
٢. قَدْ كنْتُ سَهْماً في اليمي
نِ فَصِرْتُ سَهْماً في الشِّمالِ
