Who cares for you, I am the loving shepherd

2. How many nights has terror walked in the darkness
And horror spread over the horizons

3. You have slept in my embrace and in the shade of ruin
Like a child resting safely from pain

4. O Lord, my staff has weakened and only
The nights retain any strength

5. So look upon the gentle lamb and protect it
From the evil of souls and greed's temptation

6. Make the world blossom for it and lengthen its spring
Spread it out basking in every sunbeam
