1. O Master of all things, a King of encompassing rule
Whose management according to His will all things endure

2. Who has extended and withheld them in His providence
According to what He chooses, not with any help

3. For Your command there is the sultanate of influence without hands
Or any partnership in the matter

4. You alone oversee all creation
So no creature contrives anything without Your partnership

5. And You have been endowed with guardianship and power
In deed and management without any intermediary

6. And I have no part in the management and command of all
To You belongs all and I have not an atom's weight from You

7. And my management and the extent of my capability
Is by the decree of Your governance, the molding of my nature

8. And the lowering of my management is the course of truth
Made true by my Lord's command of the reality

9. And the extent of management and command is not the end
To You, and my states are for definition and cause

10. O God, the splendid sultanate of guardianship
Of the macrocosm and microcosm

11. Take over all my affairs, and remove afflictions
And extend my guardianship over this universe
