1. You were sanctified with perfect sanctity, O Peace,
Free from flaws and defects, sheer innocence.

2. You were delivered safely, for the sanctity of Peace confers no addition,
Nor does it detract or attach any condition.

3. The sanctity of the Essence of Truth is a sanctity of Its Own Self—
It is pointed to without apprehending the Reality.

4. And the extent of apprehension is only the safeguarding
Of the countenance of Peace, the Truth, in every presence.

5. And though stations of praise, however lofty they may be
In eloquently extolling It through some approach,

6. Are not It. My God, You delivered creation in the beginning
By originating contingency through Your matchless devising.

7. And You delivered them from their beginning to their return
From injustice in Your pre-eternal ordainments.

8. And You delivered them from the absolute mystery other than what
Comprises good—and that is unbeknownst to them.

9. Save me! Save me, O Peace, from harm
In my religion and worldly affairs in any direction!

10. For no creature is delivered unless to him belongs,
Through the right hand of Peace, the spreading of security.

11. My God, cause me to be one characterized by peace, and inspire me to apprehend
Your Peace in the Abode of Everlasting Peace!
