1. My Glorious God, the truth of Your glory endures
For Your own sake, Your actions and attributes

2. My God, You did not seek glory, no, not at all
By Your actions, O You of glory, would be unbecoming

3. My God, the rights to glory belong to God alone
From the necessary divine, the glory of divinity

4. My God, the glory of Allah is most noble
And supreme perfection that does not constrain my obedience

5. My God, in the breadth of His might is the glory of Allah
To defend the afflicted wherever death lies

6. My God, what is the capacity of a helpless one's glorification
Before the ordained glory of Allah and the Supreme?

7. My God, had You not decreed that I remember and supplicate You
I would have sanctified Allah's glory beyond my uttered words

8. The calamities that have befallen me You have ordained
By Your glory save me and remove my affliction

9. For You are beautiful in kindness, vast in generosity
Praiseworthy, glorious, not narrow in my devotion

10. And I, now that You have come to my aid, am not disappointed in Your glory
Even if the sincerity of my humanity was tainted by desire

11. And the thing most resembling Your clear glory is
The realization of my wish through certainty in You
