1. O Creator of creation, You who destined them
To be an upright system, each essence with a form

2. My God, You originated the possibilities equally
As You willed, of race and nature and constitution

3. And perfected them, not rough of skillful making
Nor strove in them with appearance of strength

4. You willed and they were, and settled as wonders
By decree of choice, not by making and cause

5. Manifestations of God's essence, manifestation of His act
Manifestations of God's act, manifestation of wisdom

6. Revealed by particularizing the will, so His beauty shone clear
Upon them when He was manifest

7. And in the wisdom of particularizing is a secret specifying
To Your essence, not comprehended by innate perception

8. You were indeed a hidden treasure, so You created them
To know You, O God, without doubt

9. You set for them, from themselves, signs to You
So what can sights do before the signs?

10. Grant me, in origination, an idea of one who sees
That my certainty in You ascend to highest rank

11. O my Creator, light of my soul and my molder
O my Creator, fulfill the desires I sought
