But existence necessarily primal,

7. O First, in Your creation of beings,
And developing them after poverty as cause,

8. O First, the origin of all origins is Your making,
So their attribution to You is posteriority,

9. O First, in Your essential knowledge,
And knowing the known in eternity,

10. O First, essentially from Your essence,
Without considering knowledge to be an attribute,

11. O First, in Your necessary precedence,
Grant me the life of veiling and unite my fragmentation.
