1. O my Lord, the Merciful, space has become constricted around me,
And dwelling has weakened me, and my position has become humiliating,

2. While You have expanded everything with knowledge and mercy,
And nurtured creation with kindness completely,

3. With Your great mercy I held on pleading,
Screaming distressed, and crying suffering,

4. And with me, O Most Merciful of the merciful, is an intensity,
That my patience cannot withstand, pouring calamities,

5. So pour upon my weakness trickles of mercy,
For I have abandoned the strongest perseverance, weak,

6. My God, save me through Your sanctity by which,
The universes were established, beginning and consecutive,

7. Relieve me with what You saved Thul-Nun after,
The sea plunged deep into his belly raging,

8. Shelter me, O Most Merciful, with the mercy,
With which You had mercy on Job in affliction and trials,

9. Your tenderness, O Most Merciful, is kindness and mercy,
For my terrible state is not hidden from You,

10. With what You have mercy on the young child, and have mercy on,
The animals, realize my humiliation and need,

11. With what You have mercy on the angels in their reverence,
And glorification, have mercy on my fervor and my supplication,
