1. O Lord, O Lord, forgive what my servitude has burdened me with
As Your equal cannot withstand servitude

2. And take my hand, O Lord, do not let my passion misguide me
And make me fall into the abyss, headlong

3. And O Lord, if I have transgressed my limits and passion has deceived me
In ignorance of what does not please You

4. Then I have not surrendered my face nor prayed sincerely
Except to serve You purely

5. And I have not known any lord when I confided to him
Except You, and called him, the caller responded

6. Such are the traits of a servant who is gently disciplined
And laments when touched by harm while healthy

7. Perfect my completeness through submitting to the greatness
Of the highest Lordship over my inadequate state

8. Make me a servant to You alone sincerely
And make all my states a prideful position

9. And make me a servant who overcomes his desires through You
My salvation, sincerity, and freeing of my being

10. With Your power, make me own the management of my worldly affairs
And do not blame my management for my poor choices

11. For I do not have an iota of power
You have the power to decree what is for me and what is against me
