1. Come, O Everlasting One, without limitation,
As You were before all time in eternity.

2. Your existence, my Lord, is necessary, not finite,
To be measured by eras or numerals.

3. Your permanence, O Everlasting One, is of Your essence,
While all permanence is under an aim.

4. And by the truth, You suffice the creation, and the truth remains,
Transcendent without affirming a thing.

5. And ages pass away while the truth stays,
As it was before all time, without an end.

6. Whoever deems ages to be permanent,
Their permanence is an impossible state.

7. For what is mortal forever, and what encircles it,
Except traces of the Everlasting Divinity?

8. An ancient permanence, no permanence renews it,
Nor do the decrees of creation exhaust it.

9. An ancient permanence that destroys all before it,
And remains without condition or change.

10. By the secret of permanence, continuous in Your essence,
My God, reveal and relieve my affliction and trial.

11. I am Your ephemeral servant, brief in permanence,
Take care of my life for as long as I remain with a glance.
