1. Have mercy on a servant who hopes in You an hour,
In which he rests by hunting rabbits,
١. امنُن عَلى عَبدٍ رَجاكَ ساعَةً
يَرتاحُ فيها باِصطيادِ أَرانِبِ
2. Until the heroes hunt, by Your grace, on the day of battle,
With spears and longships.
٢. حَتّى يَصيدَ بِسَعدِكَ الأَبطالُ في
يَومِ الوَغى بِأَسِنَّةٍ وَقَواضِبِ
