1. I am the brother of al-Mustafa, no doubt in my lineage
I was raised with him, and his two sons are my sons
١. أَنا أَخو المُصطفى لا شَكَّ في نَسَبي
مَعهُ رَبيتُ وَسِبطاهُ هُما وَلَدي
2. My grandfather and the grandfather of the Messenger of God are united
And Fatima is my wife, no question of any doubt
٢. جَدّي وَجَدُّ رَسولُ اللَهِ مُتَّحِدٌ
وَفاطِمُ زَوجَتي لا قَولَ ذي فَنَدِ
3. I believed him while all the people were in darkness
Of misguidance, polytheism, and sorrow
٣. صَدَّقتُهُ وَجَميعُ الناسُ في ظُلَمٍ
مِنَ الضَلالَةِ وَالإِشراكِ وَالنَكَدِ
4. Praise be to God alone, He has no partner
The righteous servant remains, and the Everlasting remains forever
٤. الحَمدُ لِلّهِ فَرداً لا شَريكَ لَهُ
البَرُّ بِالعَبدِ وَالباقي بِلا أَمَدِ
