1. Truthfulness, its beauty dazzled the roses
So your glance is admired and pensive

2. And look at the ambitions of kings and their virtues
How much they have poured from generosity that flowed

3. And browse in its constitution and chapters
It presents the freshness for those who read

4. For God its editor and compiler of its nodes
A precious pearl in necks and essence

5. More pleasant to hearing than attaining wishes
And more beloved to eyelids than the sleep of intoxication

6. It calls to what there is no life without
So knowledge is the advocate of permanence for those who knew

7. Are those who know equal to those who do not?
Far apart is what is between fertile land and barren soil

8. Come on young greens and pay attention to
What is most profitable trade in the two abodes

9. And take knowledge and science strongly
It makes you forget Hippocrates and Alexander

10. And compete for a virtue that has come to you
Far it is from you to discard it disgracefully

11. It sufficed you having to traverse the seas and estrangement
And hardship that leaves the young man perplexed

12. You have succeeded in achieving the goal in your homelands
So who after that can be excused?

13. Is it jealousy and zeal for your countries?
So the neighbor has become a civilized scholar

14. With high ambition, so we are not less than him
But strive in gaining knowledge until you see

15. Is there a shake from a scholar who explains what
Suffices, convinces, patiently and repeatedly?

16. And may everyone pray sincerely for the Master
Who planted knowledge and irrigated it until it bore fruit

17. The truthful counselor Muhammad
Whose pride in both worlds became affirmed

18. He still remains in God’s protection and glory
And his minister who helped and planned
