Appearing with what dazzles the eyes of time

2. And rising upon a lofty, fertile eminence
Embraced by the branches of gardens near and far

3. Streams flow in it from the spring
Quenching thirst and bringing all kinds of pleasure

4. And birds sing in its lofty branches
Love has silenced the tongues

5. And my master's awe has increased my bewilderment
If only I could, I would loudly proclaim praise

6. In the presence of this outstanding scholar sought after
This precious jewel protected and treasured

7. The master of eloquence, dignity, and proof
This prominent professor unique in our time

8. I mean Abu Al-'Abbas Ahmad ibn Man
Whose nickname is Abu Al-Adiyaf among nicknames

9. He still lives in blessings for what he made appear
In this garden of his and attained of wishes

10. In lasting, abundant security's shade
Enjoyed by his kin, and I am first of them

11. And the tongue of the prominent fortune said openly
It dated with a tower, in joy and delight
