1. He took delight in it, so its omens are auspicious,
And here is the new glory that has come to you.

2. It is guaranteed that I will see you as I wish,
In the days to come, and it will be just as you want.

3. By God, a garden we saw,
You are the pillar of the people's joy in it.

4. A house of delight and meadows of intimacy,
Like the fine necklaces that adorn the beautiful maidens.

5. The branches in it are watered as if
By a pouring rain, heavy and abundant.

6. And the bird of joy sings in it,
While the branches sway gently for it.

7. So we said, mark it as auspicious and praise it sincerely,
And date it: “A Garden of Joy”.
