١. وَاخَجلَتا لِلطَّيفِ لَمّا سَرى
في خَطَرِ اللَّيلِ إِلى ساهِرِ
2. She came, and vanished ere the light;
Yet that brief visit still for aye
٢. زِيارَة ضاعَت وَلَكِنَّها
جِنايَةٌ الشَّوقِ عَلى الزَّائِرِ
