1. The feast visits you, and yearnings carry it
And if it stays away from you, its feet do not carry it

2. Like fasting, I did not choose to move it
Rather the revolving heavens move it

3. It drags away from you unwillingly, while it looks
To you, invoking the Creator for you and asking Him

4. It wanted a long stay when it was good for it
What you have of goodness that you do

5. The feasts competed towards you and hastened
Longingly to you for a matter you do not ignore

6. And this feast does not get to you
Humbled, and the feasts almost killed it

7. And a man may embark on dangers if he sees
To a dangerous one of the sublime that takes him

8. So one is not blamed for being jealous of feasts
When there is no feast among the feasts equal to it

9. Whoever you looked at while he was despised
Spends the evening honored, his rank raised

10. So this celebration demeans him from you
For none are demeaned except those you care about

11. You rode in it, and God's horses stand guard
And the army, squadron after squadron

12. The valor of the kingdom shows the merit of its strength
To whoever you see, and it makes him joyful to look upon it

13. And the stumbling of horses, no matter how angry its rider
Its slipping is masked by your beautiful face smiling at it

14. And people around you are passionate, amazed
No one asks about anything to understand it

15. This one gestures and that stretches out his hand
Invoking, and another kisses the dust

16. Everyone is busy with those around because of you
And thoughts of you make him forget and bewilder him

17. They speak well and whoever praises you
Does not fear mentioning a deed of yours that would shame him

18. Until you came to the mosque submissive and majestic
And the mosque rejoices when you face it

19. God is greatened with a takbeer by which you opened
The prayers from you, and glorifications exalt Him

20. And you listen to what the sermon-giver says
With a hearing you do not busy

21. And your greatest worry is in pages you purify
From sins, and a scale you weigh

22. And in a supplication that pierces the seven heavens
To God, pleasing and accepting him

23. O victorious king, live forever
In what makes you happy that you do

24. And O his subjects, do not be satisfied with his state
By wearing, or by tastes you eat

25. And let his only concern be with generosity
With good intention, or glory that immortalizes him

26. God made Abdullah a just leader between you
His leadership adorned with tribulation, testing him

27. And the white tradition returned as it began
So the last of the matter from it today is its first

28. There is no profit in the kingdom unless it is like this
By which the creation and the Creator are pleased

29. And the best kingdom is that which accompanies its owner
And the kingdom for the king qualifies him in the hereafter

30. Abdullah has certainly filled the land with justice
Receiving his enemies in evil and abandoning them

31. The justice did not decrease money in its early days
Except it later became plentiful when he gave it time

32. May God bless it so it does not destroy him
And why would it destroy money whose entry was good?

33. Benefiting the people, prolonging lives of its owner
Evidence for it in God's book they transmit

34. What benefits the people remains, verses to establish
While anything else is barren, do not imagine it

35. You wished Abdullah long survival
Since his benefit for mankind, no benefit equals it
