1. O my master, O Messenger of Allah, O my support
And my hope, my fortress, my helper

2. And the provision for my poverty, my refuge, O
My succor, my preparation for adversities and distress

3. O cave of my humility, O protector of the feeble, and O
Our intercessor tomorrow, I hope in you, O my support

4. I have no knowledge that I hope for, nor work
To save me from guidance and righteousness

5. I want your approval, and I present nothing
Except my destitution, my humiliation, and the yellowing of my hands

6. If you are pleased, then O my pride and my nobility
What do I care if anyone becomes hostile to me
