١. لا تَتَهم بِالسوءِ دَهرك أَنَّهُ
جَبل يُجيب صَداكَ مِنهُ صَداءِ
2. The world is your mirror, your action its image;
So ugliness and beauty are not with it at all.
٢. مِرآتك الدُنيا وَفعلك صُورة
فيها فَما الشَنعاءُ وَالحَسناءِ
