١. بِتنا بِمَنزلك السَعيد فَصَدّنا
عَن نَومِنا ببعوضه المَنحوسِ
2. And a slave who sheds the garment of authority
Has become unable to bear the law
٢. وَالعَبدُ فَهوَ خَليعُ ثَوبِ رِئاسَةٍ
قَد صار لا يَقوى عَلى الناموسِ
