10. And how much ink has blackened pages that it guarded
Until conformity was reached between ink and ink,

13. And no special person was distinguished with a trait,
Rather its grace covered mankind universally,

15. In the first century and last, it truly revived
Civilization and faith for us after decline,

16. In name, knowledge, and piety they converged
Though separated in era and age,

17. But the lamp of religion shone singularly
While the other is shared with seven flowers,

19. With no defect, who has fatwas and solving intricacies when
Discourse is profound and people are lost in thought,

20. When differences occur between blind people, and the judgment therein is not straightforward,

23. With the discipline of one victorious for truth and considerate,
You see wonders in his deduction that amaze,

24. Reason would reject if not for the witness of eyes that have seen,

25. Of his research which matured knowledge built upon knowledge:

28. To listen to him, but fled from him in fright,
You were haughty but humbled yourselves in confidence

29. When a group humbled themselves before mere claims,

31. That admonish people and alert the contemplative,
His door where pilgrims come he welcomes

32. With ease, nobility, and familiarity,
If he said these wooden bracelets were gold

36. In his quest the best disputant and pilgrim,
How many proofs and military expeditions he appointed,

ุญูŽูŠู‘ุงู† ูˆูŽุงูุนุฏูู„ ุฅูุฐุง ุญููƒู‘ูู…ุช ูˆุงูุนุชุจุฑู

37. And how much his blessed life contained of ages,
He deafened ears and bound minds

38. And freed eyelids for one broken,
He strove to reach us on the day of standing, but

39. The caravan did not respond save with fragrant praise,

40. They clamored and fretted in sorrow for the strange affliction,
O you who has Paradise for an abode, it became your dwelling,

41. Sleep comfortably, for my heart burns for you,
Your Lord has gifted you with bounty and seeing Him,

42. An increase in His pleasure with you, so pride yourself,
He removed from you lifeโ€™s burdens, so you need not

43. Recite but the end of creation if you wish,
You have made desolate pages of knowledge you compiled

44. And a populated home from your household,
None has possessed for extravagance or singing

ุชูŽุชู„ูˆ ุฅูุฐุง ุดุฆุช ุฅูู„ู‘ุง ุขุฎุฑูŽ ุงู„ุฒู…ุฑู

45. A verse of poetry or a strand of verse,
Rather you busied yourself with deducing an issue

ูˆูŽู…ูŽู†ุฒูู„ุงู‹ ุจูƒ ู…ูŽุนู…ูˆุฑุงู‹ ู…ู† ุงู„ุฎูŽููŽุฑู

46. Or solving a predicament that exhausted thought,
Victoriously you stood up for a text we cite as evidence,

47. Like a sword indicating effect by trace,
You folded for us the carpet of knowledge, mounted
