1. O He whom I was content with His excessive injustice
And willingly submitted to His rule

2. God knows what I have endured of love
And His knowledge suffices

3. Grant forgiveness to the sinner of his sin
And pardon him for the enormity of his crime

4. I seek Your protection lest You intend
To kill him or burden me with his sin
