1. I saw the deeds of a group gone astray
Better if they had kept silent

2. They joked without knowing
They mocked their own souls, not the religion

3. They abandoned the symbols of religion
Rather out of arrogance, not difficulty

4. So they will face what they have earned
Where there is no money or help

5. They swore oaths and broke them when absent
They spoke and hushed when present

6. So if called to guidance, they refused
And if called to misguidance, they persisted

7. They claim to be Shia but their traits
Are not blessed, no blessing in their form of Shia

8. I heard them and the truth was shining
They are in clear misguidance if they had listened

9. Oh how I wonder what their excuse could be
They found an avenue while there was none

10. They united for a cause that was not theirs
And so they dispersed and all were scattered

11. A marking I recognize in them from before
Contemptible, how miserable this marking

12. May the Merciful not bless a group
Whose throats are constricted with no relief
