1. At dawn the doves sang with joy
Among the overflowing valleys.

2. The ears were delighted with congratulations,
Greetings at dawn and in the evening.

3. So enjoy your youth singing,
You are the goal of every wing’s desire.

4. At the fever of love they sang glad tidings
Of the generosity and forgiveness of the noble youth.

5. God has willed that we see him
As the leader of the glorious and successful.

6. He granted him wellbeing and chose him
To guide with advice and suggestion.

7. And destined that he be protected
From the arrows of changing fate.

8. The day joy was revealed to us
Was the beautiful, poetry reciting face.

9. And it brought us pleasure and comfort
Like cups of wine do for boon companions.

10. So we hurried to fulfill our wishes
In the abode of music and drinking.

11. O son of the prestigious, fruit of glory,
Even if among the tangled spears.

12. O son of the eminent, pride
Of glory overlooking the prairies.

13. Every beautiful-eyed gazelle
Let down her braids over the meadow.

14. Leaving the envious eyes watering
With the plentitude like mouths of wounds.

15. If your enemies fell ill over your healthiness
Your generosity is a cure for the miserly souls.

16. You carried anger at death
Whose darkness dispels the whiteness of dawn.

17. So time did not grant it its purpose,
Great good comes from people's ruin.

18. How much glory your glory cultivated
When the hand of fate reaped it.

19. And where your eminent chalice was brought
No full moon ever rose, by my father's life.

20. And I gained from your joy what I wished
To dissipate without wings.

21. So take my hand and prefer my guidance,
None guided flies but you.

22. Most generous and gentle is the paid ransom,
So do not accept my inadequate words.

23. I limited my poetry in your praise
Prolonging the rhyme of my eulogy.

24. O land of knowledge, who when
Called to knowledge rushes cheerfully.

25. You wore the necklace of knowledge
Pleasing to the unblemished sage.

26. When scholars sat in struggle
To gain knowledge, you rose without struggle.

27. And so you took the best of it without a weapon,
So how when you have weapons?

28. And the holiday returned in you, delight of the eye,
Comforting with its charm the wakeful companion,

29. With a face that brings joy to people,
Radiant like the dawning sky.

30. Through it love returned days of bliss
Recalling to me days of smooth sailing.

31. And hopes did not stop calling in its name,
Calling the travelers, forward to prosperity!

32. Your hospitality filled the guests with joy
After drought, with ripened fruits.

33. Caravans of benevolence, better than horses
And more generous than two humps of a camel.

34. Bringing to life, through it, one with a living face
When the shameless face repels.
