1. Greetings like spring flowers, fresh
And beauty upon the Shaykh of Shaykhs who is pure

2. And if old age had not prevented me from visiting his abode
I would have hastened like one yearning for purity

3. But a troubled age has kept me from him
And who in his age attained such purity?
