O flower of beauty whom the dawn has withered

2. For parting with it though still fair of form

3. The stars of heaven setting in the sand
For you, O gentle one, in the sky are mansions

4. That have opened their doors for you
And an intercessor, a virgin and a mother

5. Whom the chaste maidens call under your banner
Who comfort you for a weeping mother, and grieving father

6. And nation that longs for you
So nestle in her bosom and circle

7. The abode of bliss and glorify your Lord
And intercede for me, O gentle one, before Him
