1. God has made clear to Islam a methodology,
And people entered religion in droves.

2. The world has been adorned for its inhabitants,
As if it has been clothed in silk and brocade.

3. O son of Caliphs, if the clouds had known
Your call, water would not have poured from them as a flood.

4. And if war had known the might with which you attack,
It would not have stirred up your legendary courage.

5. Hypocrisy is dead, and disbelief has given up its pact,
Horses kneel in submission and decoration.

6. And victory is tied to standards
That fold up the miles, traveling and lodging.

7. You have brought into the tent of Islam indirectly
And brought them out of the lands of polytheism directly.

8. With an army where the earth shines open
Like the sea casting wave after wave.

9. Led by the full moon sailing among its planets
Noisily like the blackness of night tumbling.

10. In it they see the flashes of death gleaming
And hear in it thunder rumbling.

11. You left in Aqwatayn frowning battlegrounds
Where you made the lands of polytheism sob.

12. In half a month you left the earth settled
After oppression in it had spread.

13. You were found in the news passed down uprooting
Tyrants and appointing ministers from the caliphs.

14. The earth fills through you with justice like it was filled
With injustice, and you clarify for good a methodology.

15. O full moon of its darkness, O sun of its morning,
O lion of its madness, it stirs stirred up.

16. Indeed the caliphate will not be pleased or content
Until you have crowned its head with the crown.
