ورُعتَ القلبَ بالحَزَنِ
2. So I have a body without a soul
And a soul without a body
٢. فلي بَدَنٌ بلا رُوحٍ
ولي رُوحٌ بلا بَدَنِ
3. You paired my soul with misery
So my soul and it are paired
٣. قَرنتَ معَ الرَّدى نَفْسي
فَنفْسي وهْوَ في قَرَنِ
4. If only the magic from my eyes
Was as if I never saw it and it never saw me
٤. فليتَ السِّحرَ مِنْ عيني
كَ لم أَرَهُ ولم يَرني
