1. O Nasser al-Din, victory has descended
And Allah has extinguished the blazing disbelief

2. Hunain and Badr told a tale, an event descended
Upon the polytheists, clearing the roads of them

3. When the son of Ilyas surrounded them, they despaired
Of life itself, biting their fingers and forearms
