Nor intimidate the flashing and rumbling of threat

12. We want rulers whom pursuit of right does not frighten
From the path of truth's lightning and storm

13. We want a people of knowledge and position among us
Pillars of homelands and glory's adornment

14. A blessing if rule were in our hands
While ignorance judges and perfidy tortures

15. It does not harm us if our neighbor rules
While knowledge and justice are helpers and supporters

16. We have set an example in our goals and scattering
And in our gathering success and prosperity

17. After an exile no one says to one who's absent
Welcome, or to one returned: Greetings to you

18. You have returned to us raising deceit's banner
And all your efforts are division and corruption

Claimed no lineage to Arabs they could marshal
