1. The ascetics guided in this world
Knew of its defects fully

2. So they said its pleasure is vice
And its pearls are just pebbles

3. They shunned it, so no thirst remained
Nor did they complain or worry in it

4. The least of its sorrows is but a spear
That struck my son, whom I didn't bury
