1. Doubt and dissent have spread far and wide
Each claims the straight path as their guide

2. My faith in Allah alone resides
And my love for Ahmad and Ali besides

3. A dog earned the Companions' love inside a cave
Why then should I not love the Prophet's kin and clan so dear?
