1. For life in this world you find and develop
Yet tomorrow in it you die and are buried

2. You nurture hopes and await their yield
While your life is shorter than what you wish for

3. The light of this morn warns you with its glare
And its night warns you if you are aware

4. You hover to attain what you've been endowed
And face the future with hopes, arranging, maneuvering

5. Your provision comes not beyond you, either hastened
In a state one day, or delayed, deterred

6. No resourceful person's way, no means
No destined course, but by the Ordainer

7. He ordained provisions who is not just
In what He ordains between people

8. So do not feel safe from the world when it comes to you
It keeps betraying and scheming

9. Good will in it doesn't last for its people
Nor kindness, but for a while before it changes

10. No star has risen or shine started
Over people, but your lifetime is shortened

11. Purify yourself and repent your sin today
That you may, if you purify, be purified

12. Roll up your sleeves, death has shown its face
None attains success but the industrious

13. These nights are your warners with ruin
Passing while days with that quicken

14. Be true with this, to God, in heart and intention
What you hide one day will appear

15. A person may hide his deed with words
Then his glance reveals what he hid

16. Remember and ponder what you will come to
Tomorrow, if you are one who ponders

17. One day you must come to a hole
In between, folded till resurrection day
