2. That the clouds have prevented visiting and union,

3. They have wronged the pilgrims, yet been fair
To the wide plain of Al-Buseirah equally.

4. So they brought benefit and harm to the dwellers
Through the tongues of the rain-describers.

5. And I knew what the frequenter met when the clouds
Intended to pour from a rainy, muddy downpour.

That arrival itself is the barren severance.

When its fertile offspring gained independence,

8. Scattered, with curved and straight limbs,
The nobility altogether testified that it

9. Was from a revered stock, honorable in deeds.
Its yield does not end in any country

11. Of gifts and refinements in its loads!

12. It is as though I see the meadow cleared
Of a garment of its wind-blown refuse,

ูุฑุงุฌููู ุฎุงูู
13. Of ripe fruit and soothing vegetation,
And light like the glowing embers of a brazier.

14. It is as though I see ath-Thaโneen while around it
Is the greenness of meadows, marshes, and lowlands.

ุฎูุถุฑู ุงููููู ููุงูููุธูู ููุงูุฃูุฎูุงูู
15. Verily winter in the gloom of its face
Is what facilitates the strolling of the walker.

16. And it is as though its traces are from reverence
In the swamps, ponds, and creeks.

17. Traces of the hands of the clan of Musโab
That stretched out without stinginess or holding back.

ูููู ูููุง ุฅูุฎูุงูู
18. It is inevitable that when you seek refuge with them,
You will not see it free of an intimate friend.

19. And it is as though in their righteousness and protection
They are hosts entertaining guests with hospitality.
