1. O complainer, leave your worries and wait for relief
From the comforting God, of every grieved one

2. And be patient, wise, reasonable and perceptive
And spend your time from one moment to the next

3. And do not be stubborn if you become distressed
For stubbornness is disbelief in the eyes of the Faithful

4. And your body is not made of steel no matter its might
You are but made of water and clay
