1. You believed for a moment the gaze of a gazelle
And here is the proof, the shooting of arrows

So this wine is from those vessels

As it gives radiance to the crescent

7. And if it lowered the veil on the cheek
We spent our life staying up nights

8. The beautiful one covered up then appeared
So beauty appeared in the mantle of coquetry

9. As if the moon has cast upon us
Radiance between high trees

10. Veiled, protected by the sword of a glance
On it the bow tense with arrows

11. And the seeker of her company fantasizes
Like one who aspires to attain imagination

12. Wondrous, whenever she is disobeyed, she changes
And the sweetest love is the forbidden union

13. So I did not see the like of our neighbor and I
We grew old, perfection upon perfection

14. We flirted, convinced of chastity
Expelling doubt in merit of traits

15. Traits that excelled, almost
Rivaling the merit of the Glorious Doer

16. The lineage of the noble Hamza
Risen in his grandfather, the highest glories

17. When the world boasts of lineages
Reaching a lineage connected to the most glorious

18. So how between pottery am I the son of Zayd
And the pride son of the Messenger, father of the perfections

19. An Imam, a jurist, a Hashemite
Noble origin, served by slaves

20. And if they mention his virtues, narrate
Of the perfidies, of the sea of bounty

21. An Imam, the best of scholars, sea of goodness
Sweet of flowers like clear water

22. On his coast you see scholars hastening
Clarifying for us right from wrong

23. An Imam whose heart is a treasure of riches
Noble knowledge, secured from decline

24. And my covenant to him, the treasure is guarded carefully
And this treasure is free to take from

25. And his wisdom governs a great king
And in tribulations, the daring of men

26. For him in battles of fate, triumph
Firm of purpose on the day of war

27. For him in difficulties of command, an opinion
His victory rivals the victory of struggle

28. If he issues a ruling in a matter
In what he said, the argument is settled

29. He encompassed in the idea of constitution until
He almost answers before being asked

30. And if he waved the standard in his right hand
He fulfilled the matter decreed in the north

31. And he executed its decisive religious ruling
As he executes the white and the brown, the lofty

32. And the attainment of glories did not distract him
From the glories of attainment or the beauty of appearance

33. And the coquetry of a sensual woman did not tempt him
And it is unbefitting, not even the daughters of vessels

34. Attributes that refused to be enumerated and counted
And can the sands be enumerated?

35. Except your partnership, O you who enjoyed
Reaching in his embrace the peaks of mountains

36. You reached springs that were sweet so they were
To the thirsty like clear water

37. Congratulations, O Master, for what
God has granted you from perfection

38. Congratulations, when people flock to you
As on Eid, the day of the crescent

39. Wondrous, how you love hunting a bird
Without arrows hunting hearts

40. There is no wonder in that, but
With that, people are enchanted with captivation

41. For this one is captured in the nets of hunters
And that one captured by the beauty of deeds

42. Congratulations in the beauty of people and dress
In clothes of joy and coquetry

43. And stay in the clothes of mighty dignity without
Being followed by the cold of affliction
