Hope comes to fight it back gallantly.

For how much grief has God's mercy relieved and unfurled!

4. My inclination is toward beautiful patience,
For it brings victory to those who stay the course.

5. My faith in God's virtue gently paves
Ways out of trials however contrived and enclosed.

6. When I dislike something I accept and surrender,
For in its folds comes a gift lovingly packaged and posed.

7. This is the path - if guided, you will discover
An ascending road to the empire of happiness and repose.

8. Truly, with clear-sightedness I sense through the dark,
The lamp of my hope in its shadowy creases morphed.

9. If destiny waves peace, God-willing, I am at peace,
Though the sword of fate for war may sharpen its edge.

10. I've confidence in God - I know it surely
Makes smooth the rough when cruel is the siege.

11. My hope hopes as a servant taught decorum,
Who trusts his Lord and to goodness was devoted.

12. I know the fairest of acts is to meet
Beauty with beauty, as we were denotated.

13. My state in thanking God is one of radiance,
Gleaming in grace, blooming, exalted.
