1. O Lord, my intercessor for my sins on
Judgement Day is the best of creation and mankind,

2. Muhammad, the seal of prophets, the one who conveyed
The monotheistic religion and Islam to the nations.

3. Blessings upon him from me whenever the doves coo
Above the branches of the acacia and plum trees.

4. And after that, as numerous as the mountains
And the sands of the earth, the birds, the whales and the cattle.

5. Likewise, my pure, fragrant greetings
Upon him as long as a servant stands in the darkness of night,

6. Frightened, anxious, and afraid before Allah,
With a sorrowful heart, full of pain and grief.
