1. My wealth is the richness of my soul and contentment,
My treasure is my morals, my attire is my chastity.

2. My pride is my Islam, my provision is my honesty,
My army is my poetry, my sword is my tongue.

3. I have resolves like shining blades,
Whenever difficulties arise and calamities strike,

4. And they cover the breasts of the helpless,
As the summit's afterglow covered the towering mountains.

5. Beware, do not blame fate if you are incapable,
Nor rebuke destiny if you are frail.

6. He whose soul does not spur him to glory,
Is unworthy to attain glorious heights.
