3. With it he shines at night like a full moon,
Beaming at the horizon above opaque darkness;

4. He subdues the days and Time is just
With resolve over days and Time a sovereign;

5. He surpasses all the sublime in glory
And excels all the most noble in generosity;

6. His nature is rock held in a tester's hand,
His wont water's flow from a faster's eye;

7. His view sense in seeker's breast made plain,
His purpose Masriya's sharp precipice;

8. Over a land whose water quenches his zeal
And with it the loftiest blood of zealots is shed.
