1. Praise be to Allah, who has honored
My people, raised them high together and singled them out.

2. They have surpassed in glory those who boasted,
An enduring, continuous glory that captivates.

3. If the wind were to blow in their faces
And remain behind their hearing,

4. They would suffice to replace the evils of those who pretended
And would be pioneers for the pure of heart.

5. They have become the successors of all mankind.
They are stars and full moons that will never be eclipsed.

6. A stance in war, the finest stance,
Lions that roar with sublime roars

7. That force their enemies’ noses in the dust
And repel the unjust times.

8. If the least of their generosity were counted,
It would overwhelm the seas and the clouds.
