1. The garden's freshness is radiant as dawn
If you would come to us as we had hoped
١. للرَّوضِ رُواً طَلْقُ المُحَيَّا نَضِرُ
لو تَمَّ بكم كما رَجوْنَا وَطَرُ
2. Then roses would bend their ears to the path
And narcissus' eyes would wait and watch
٢. فالوردُ إلى الطريقِ أصْغَى أُذُناً
والنَّرْجِسُ عَيْنُه غَدَتْ تنْتظِرُ
