11. And the jasmine is like a lover whom

17. It tearfully lamented so the anemone tore its robes
And its lily bruised its cheek from the blows.

18. And the water in the currents of the Tigris runs free
While the bridge is in its shackles and chains.

20. So hasten to a charming garden whose shade...
To live between its carpet and its pillow.

21. And when you see the blossoms of a fresh garden,

Doubles the drunkenness of the wine with his song and ode.

24. And when youโve reached the limit in your wine drinking,
Reduce it to revive the intellect after its slumber.
