And flatterers like the talk of pretense

35. And those who take in every house
Every time without shyness

36. And one who does not care for the needs of the house
And frequents the homes of relatives

37. And likewise the fool, do not approach her
For you will see crookedness in the fool

38. And one who constantly sleeps
Who did not awake in her morning or evening

39. And those who say every morning
Bring whatever you crave without delay

40. And beware the old woman, do not approach her
For she is disease itself and the cure

Of all this which tires me

68. And substantial gifts without stinginess
So hearts soften with giving

69. And I advise women with obedience
Always morning and evening

70. So beware of anything distasteful
In case it harms the maiden

71. And if you want a wedding, then take initiative
And wash, then bathe with water

72. And anoint yourself with all perfumes and incense
And fumigate with aloeswood or ambergris

73. And if there is foul breath
From mouth or nose from illnesses

74. Then chew ginger after cardamom
And its brother cloves, buy them

75. This is if you are a wealthy man
These traits are not for the poor

76. This is my advice, so you have heard it
Do not meet it, my brother, with ridicule

Then you are drowning in the dark
