1. Whether you fled from wrong
Where can one flee from fate?

2. And if today you are spared
Destiny will bring it tomorrow

3. So if it comes, what will you say
When it calls you to trial?

4. My opinion, if it comes
Say "Welcome, now it's begun"

5. If all earth's riches ransomed you
No ransom would be accepted

6. If you were in the ocean's dark depths
Replete with wealth, you'd not be guided

7. Or atop the highest minarets
You'd find no rescue there

8. So prepare yourself, do not be
Hesitant, reluctant, bewildered

9. Perhaps suddenly it will come
So be well provisioned

10. Do not meet it with vices
Deliberately mired

11. If you seek bliss in the garden
Of Eden, immortalized

12. Wash your hands of worldliness
And worldly folk, isolated

13. Worship your God morn and eve
All lifelong steadfast in worship

14. Be content with what you're given
Don't let your tongue lead to woe

15. But if given something, do not
Spurn it, embitter the giver

16. God refused the youth his every wish
And if He wills can make him rue his way

17. Man is but an image, a beast
Beautified by noble traits and wisdom

18. So this is impossible, nothing has
An end, expand and you won't reach it

19. When you accept destiny, you'll be at peace
And nothing hurts you like resisting fate
